Recruitment Officer
- Up till $3800 basic + Commission (To be discussed in the interview)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to source potential hires.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
- Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Facilitate pre-employment testing and background checks.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
- Ensure a smooth transition into the organization by providing necessary resources and support.
- Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs.
- Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Min Local Diploma (Singapore Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Nanyang Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic)
- Proficiency in MS Office
