CAD Dafter & Sales Support (Interior Design)

Our Client, a interior design company who specialist in office field, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Sales Support & AutoCAD Drafter.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with the Sales Director and Sales Manager in managing local and overseas projects as well as other administrative matters.
- Responsible for preparing costing and/or quotations.
- Attend in sales enquiries and prepare sales proposals.
- Generate sales order and tax invoice.
- Manage customers’ orders via Navision ERP system.
- Possess Autocad knowledge is a must.
- Able to perform 3D drawings and rendering will be an added advantage.
- Prepare proposals and tender submissions.
- To do colour scheme confirmation.
- To take off quantity of tender layouts.
- Placing order for mock-ups and/or projects.
- Preparing mock-ups and proposal slides.
- Responsible for overseeing and handling the arrangement of delivery and setting up of mock up at site.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Familiar with AutoCAD
- Minimum 1 year experience in supporting projects for Interior Design
