Assistant Sales Manager(Medical Consumables & Disposables)
- Up till $6,000 basic + Fixed Transport allowance of $800 only if have own car + Variable Bonus

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role within the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide constructive feedback, and identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Product Line & P&L Management: Oversee the performance of specific product lines, managing the team’s sales mix to maximize profitability. You will be responsible for the team’s profit and loss (P&L) statement, working to maximise profitability and drive revenue growth.
- New Market & Opportunity Development: Proactively identify and develop new markets and business opportunities to expand our presence beyond existing client bases. This includes researching new customer segments, building relationships with potential clients, and presenting new sales strategies to the Sales Manager.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our market share within the clinic, nursing home, and retail sectors. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as a point of escalation for complex client issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. (where required)
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track team sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Use these insights to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Contribute to sales forecasting and budget planning to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with our product portfolio of medical consumables and disposables, understanding their features, benefits, and applications to effectively guide the sales team and address client questions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role within the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory position is preferred.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and the ability to analyze financial data to drive business decisions.
- Demonstrated experience with product line management and a deep understanding of market dynamics within the medical consumables sector.
- Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
- Strong understanding of the medical consumables and disposables market, particularly within clinics, nursing homes, and retail environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
